1. Select Fund
Select the fund available for the current period. Review fund documents and portfolio units with a dedicated account manager. Each quarter, we select 25+ properties with a minimum buy-in of $50,000 USD.
2. Invest and Track
Once approved, you'll work closely with your account manager to gain access to your individual Sonno Portal. Here, you'll be able to track performance, review quarterly reports, and receive distributions.
3. Enjoy Diversification
That's it! Sit back and watch your investment grow. Quarterly distributions are delivered on the 5th of the corresponding month. Please review details and subscription documents for more information.
