Investors can purchase up to 5 allocations (50%) per property, granting up to 50% of the total rental income and equity. With the Sonno Portal, you can track your equity growth, rental income and subscribe to new properties with a click-of-a-button.
The Sonno team has over 15 years of experience in asset management and hospitality operations. Our team on the ground provides full property management, guest management and operations and monthly accounting with dedicated account managers.

Interested in buying a Sonno Home? Select your property and provide a refundable deposit to secure your allocation while you review documents.
2. Acquire Allocation
Once approved, you'll work closely with your account manager to secure your desired allocation, conduct property tours and select time slots. You'll also gain access to our network and have access to your property.
3. Enjoy Diversification
That's it! Sit back and watch your investment grow. Monthly rental income is distributed on the 5th of every month.
