Our Accelerator Packages are short-term rental businesses on a corporate lease, allowing for higher returns and lower startup costs. Our Co-Ownership Packages allows up 30 investors to buy into a turn-key rental and benefit from equity appreciation. For both options, Sonno provides a full management approach with dedicated team members on the ground.
